Can get the job done. FIRE PIT (6) Romped home to win last run at the track but facing stiffer opposition. Mychel J Sanchez takes the reins today and displaying improvement over the past few runs. Genuine threat. GORDIAN KNOT (5) Came on strongly to finish 2nd when beaten by 1 1/2L last start at the track but facing a stronger class. Good to see Martin Chuan is jumping on. Could pose a threat and expected to go very close. WAX BOX (3) Faded to finish 5th last time here and competing in a more challenging class. Should be swooping on the field late. Looks value and a good place bet.
